Instagram Photos

I am very thankful that there are still plenty of fall covers hanging around. I know once they are gone they will be missed.
I can't believe Thanksgiving is only a week away! I don't understand how time moves so quickly.
Well, in crochet news; I found a very simple bow pattern on bobwilson123's YouTube channel. You can watch the video here. As you can see in the picture I posted at the top, I put the bow on a teddy bear. I think was a cute little touch.
Have a blessed day!

Center pull, ball of yarn.

Oh, the simple pleasures.
I am at the point in my life where I get excited learning new tricks that can apply to my crocheting. Here is a photo of my first attempt at rolling a center pull, ball of yarn. It is a little sloppy compared to the example photo of the one the guy in the tutorial made, but I am satisfied with it.
Here is a link if you want to try it for yourself:  http://knitswithballs.blogspot.com/2007/07/how-to-make-center-pull-ball.html

Crochet Stripes

I still have projects I am planning on posting. There are just some finishing touches needed.
There is a new technique I learn recently that I am excited about. It helps make perfect stripes when crocheting in the round.
Check it out! Planet June
